Silver Scissors was first established and opened on the 28 March 1977 at 157 Broadway Avenue Palmerston North by Kevin and Deborah Fuller. The Broadway Salon was very busy with five staff on the team but after 10 years we required more space for both the staff and our growing business. In 1987 we build a new salon in King Street where we operated successfully for twenty years. We relocated in November 2007 to a new upmarket salon at Hotel Coachman where we have continued to operate and grow.
The success of the company is due to its team working together with a creative passion for Hair. Silver Scissors are passionate and friendly people who believe expressing yourself on a personal and professional level creates beauty from within not just face value.
